Our Reservation Process

We take every reservation one by one and we speak to each customer of ours to be sure that the home you choose and dates and properly booked and you understand all the details. Because of that, we do not book reservations completely online though our website. You can request a reservation either by texting us or call us and we will follow up with your request as soon as possible, but within a maximum of 24 hours.

The process is as follows:

1. Visit the page for the property to wish to reserve.
2. Our calendar shows our availability. 
3. Fill out the reservation request form, email us at Rentals@FlagshipRentals.com or  by texting your request to 1-612-750-8877 .  Please text Your Full Name, The Property Name, Check-in and check-out dates, and the number of people in your party.  
4. Review the Rental Agreement and other details. We’re happy to answer all your questions.
5. Return the signed Rental Agreement and a copy of your driver’s license.
6. All reservations are pending until we receive a signed rental agreement and payment is made.
7. A 5% credit card processing fee will be added for using a credit card, ACH are free.
8. Receive confirmation of your reservation.

Policies

Because it is important to use that you understand all terms and conditions for your vacation to a Flagship Rentals home, we have clearly addressed all policies in detail in our reservation agreement. We will provide you with a copy over email once you have selected a property and dates.

These are some answers to common questions.

TERMINATIONS/CANCELLATIONS: 

• A termination may be made by email only to the Rental Agent, and the Rental Agent must CONFIRM that he has received the email to cancel in writing.  Terminations made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund reduced by a $99.00 cancellation fee. Terminations made 60 days or less prior to the arrival date – no refund will be given. Shortened stays will not receive a refund.  Weather-related cancellations are not allowed.  The Cancellation Policy of VRBO or Airbnb will apply in the event the reservation was made through one of these companies. We recommend purchasing a thrid party trip cancellation policy.  

AGE

• Reservation must be made by an adult, at least 25 years of age.

OCCUPANCY

• Each property has a maximum occupancy for overnight guests. Our rates are based on 1-4 occupants, extra person charges apply.  

SMOKING

• We are a non-smoking home.

PETS

• We are not a pet-friendly home.

SNOWMOBILES & ATVS

• Motorized recreational vehicles (snowmobiles, dirt bikes, ATVs, etc.) are not allowed anywhere around any Flagship Rental Home. Storage on a trailer is permitted.

Health and Safety

• All bedrooms have egress windows.
• Smoke detectors are supplied near each bedroom.
• Carbon monoxide detector near bedroom.
• Kitchen fire extinguisher supplied.
• If the property has a well, it is tested annually for safe drinking water.
