Add $295 cleaning & $99 manager’s fee, $59 damage waiver fee, $99 refundable deposit, plus tax when applicable.
Rate includes up to 4 people, including children.
Add $30 per night per person for each additional person ages one year or older.
Rental rate includes utilities: water, trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and snow removal.
*Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
A 5% credit card processing fee will be added for using a credit card. ACH payments are free.
*Separate owner’s suite is located in the lower level, separate entry, no cross traffic.
*Owner reserves the right the owner’s suite 24/7/365.
*Garages are not included in the reservation.
*Manager reserves the right to do a background check.

Parking: Maximum vehicles allowed is _4_ “cars”. Two cars (2) for off-street parking in the driveway without blocking access to the double garage doors. Two cars (2) parking on the street adjacent to the Property is allowed. Exceeding _4_ cars or parking trailers or campers overnight requires prior written permission form the Rental Agent. Parking on the street is allowed subject to City snow removal requirements.
Each electric vehicle is subject to a $10.00 per day charging fee.

Reserve Lake Phalen Place
All reservations are pending until we receive a signed rental agreement and deposit. Please fill out the reservation request form below or text your request to 1-612-750-8877. Please text Your Full Name, The Property Name, Check in and out dates, and the Number of people in your party.
Locked Owner’s Apartment & Garage: The owner’s personal items and office are located in a separate area in the lower level of the 3 story Property and garage– completely separate main entrance – no cross traffic. These areas are not included in the Agreement. The owner retains the right to access & use the Owner’s area during this Rental Period. Do not block garage door access to the 3rd – single garage door – as the owners may access these areas of the home 24/7/365. Guests have exclusive use of the 1st and 2nd floor of the home.
